just remember you can't just read about leadership or watch a vid on it, you've got to live it and breathe it



there were guys in the corps that were born for leadership and those that had no interest in it





oh and a side note ........... yelling at ppl does not make you a leader <----- saw this shit so many times made me pissed



a good leader is one that has dragged though the mud with everyone else, lived through the experience, has the respect and the trust of everyone ................... and the common sense on when to move and when to stay still

as squad leader I had my fair share in the corps


I tried to be pro-active then be re-active


2 courses I went through then helped was Corporals course and Squad leaders course

teach little kids martial arts.
