lol tell me what is the reason that people use watercooling?
Because they're enthusiasts - Like you and me, but you've gotta understand that it's a very small minority of gamers and computer users that are such enthusiasts. Most people wouldn't be able to install, not to mention maintain a water cooling setup.
I'm not generalizing. Was meant for people who want it not for everybody. Buy a watercooling kit if you need it, buy a 1700W PSU if you need it, buy 16GBs of memory if you need it, buy Skulltrail and 2 Quads if y.....

Too bad i can't edit the title. I would rename it to [tcMag] Koolance delays its water-cooled 1700W PSU (Watercooling enthusiasts only!!!)

But you don't need an 1700w PSU, not even with two quads, four graphics cards and ten HDs. If you, however, would need an 1700w PSU, you would have to have a water cooling kit. That thing can be cooled with air. If it can't, it's too ineffective to even be sold. And that would also make any water cooling loop that isn't dedicated to it very effective at all, as it would add more warmth than the graphics card(s) and CPU togheter.

Water cooling enthusiasts are those that would approve the least of this, I think.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
