then i tk others and get dudected pts

will my rank be lowered

if i kill someone, and upper a rank once more

will i get another unlock gun?

yes you do get deducted points in BFHQ so you will be demoted - happened to me while playing engineer - the amount of teamkills i racked up for doing my job was ridiculous
