5 CDs to DVD

Is it possible to put the info from the 5 BF2 installation CDs onto one DVD? I have the Deluxe edition and it's a bit of a pain installing in 5 increments (putting in and taking CD's out).

It'd be nice if I could walk away from the computer, come back and have it installed rather than have a message saying Please insert CD 2 and click retry.

CD = 700MB
DVD = 4.5GB
700x5 = 3500.

Could be done.

What do I do to get the info off the CD's? Do I just right click on the icon in My computer, click explore, and copy the files?

Yep, I do the same thing with alot of my older multi cd games, although i dont burn to DVD(no dvd burner) but you copy the files to a folder, and have all the cds files in the same folder, then put all the contents on one disc. Should install all at once, or may ask you to point out a file, which you simple point to on the cd. Works perfectly fine on hardrive, see no reason to why it wouldnt work on DVD.

However, I doubt the cd will work as a play cd, may need to keep using the one from the 5 cds.

Yeah. I expect that to happen. That's what Daemon Tools Lite and mini-images are for.

Done. 2 installation disks: DVD + the Booster pack CD that includes the patch.
