Gonna test this out on SiSi tonight:

[Raven 'o Neut]

[High Power]
2 x Heavy Neuts
7 x Arbalest Cruise Launchers + Caldari Navy ammo

[Medium Power]
1 x Scram II
1 x Webifier II
1 x Heavy Cap Booster II + 800's
3 x LSE II

[Low power]
3 x 1600 Tungsten Plates
2 x BCU II

[Rigs]
3 x Core Extenders

[Drone bay]
7 x Hammerhead II

In theory: 3 large extenders, 3 extender rigs, 3 1600mm plates, enough buffer to kill any capacitor before critical level.

usually you get your refining skills up and find a good station to refine at, more isk that way.
