Apparently its only good against large targets, if they aren't moving, you have a point, and you are in a pack.

stealthbombers aren't worth the training time unless you're going for a recon.

non-tanked frigs with their mwd's on.

I dunno, there were lots of T2 cruisers in those vids that went down pretty hard, and I doubt they were all bads.
they were probably either shield tankers or nano's with their mwds on.. I've been bombed by multiple bombs in pvp and all you gotta do is turn off your mwd and the chance of you living is a lot higher.
WHat is it about MWDs?lavadisk wrote:

Increases your signature radius 5-6x.
Bombs have an explosion radius just like normal missiles, but are unaffected by velocity. So if you have your MWD on, you're gonna take a crapload more damage.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh k

I dunno lol <Idunnololguy>
man pirating is awesome I made 65mill today ransoming some n00bs navy apoc in a low sec mission. gotta love the sheere power of the t1 frig aka. Incursus. it was perfect to he was tanked for EM and thermal so i brought just enough DPS to initiate his tank. it took 8min but i did it
you couldn't get any more?

Did you see the alliance tournament with PL winning with their bomber heavy setup? Or see the recent thread in CAOD with goons taking out 100+ BS with their small SB gang doing bombing runs in a recent engagement with -A-, atlas, and co?
Bombers are shit for solo(unless you want to pop haulers at a JB), but if you have say 3 to 4 bombers properly fit and have some light tackle support, you can camp enemy systems and pretty much harass the hell out of them and there's nothing they can do. I watched a harb instapop the other day from 3 bombers pounding it with torps after it got pulled into a sling bubble.
Definitely good stuff if you like cloaky ops or perhaps harassing a larger entity out in 0.0, but if you prefer the close up and in your face tactics then you may not like them.
So many of us wouldn't have died if our over-enthusiastic dictor pilots hadn't bubbled our own fleet while landing. Raaaage ensued on TS after thatVolatile wrote:

SB fleets fail when they meet a decent RR BS fleet.
so today was fun, saw my first titans, got a 15 carrier group dropped on me, ran away lots and lots, and killed a vaga. also managed not to get DD'd

Hey can someone add me to the op list of players? Forum name: Blade4509, In-game name: Blade45TX, Base Race: Amarr, no skype, and Ships: Punisher, Executioner, Omen, Maller, Augoror, Harbinger. thx in advance.
"Raise the flag high! Let the degenerates know who comes to claim their lives this day!"
They are good and all for those bomber fleets but those are generally few and far between. training in other stuff before bombers is generally a good ideaVolatile wrote:
