4 days eh? I'll be getting this for sure. And I knew it was Pendulum before I even clicked the topic. Because, HaaaaaaaaaaamiT, you had Hold Your Colour as your Avatar or w/e before. So I just knew it.
so you like drum n base eh?
I knew all that but didn't want to spoil the huntDonFck wrote:

It's the album cover for In Silico a new album by Australian drum and bass band Pendulum.
I win at googling.

Edit: Oh dammit, it would have been SO much easier to just check the filename of your sig, but I just had to do it the hard way.
The hint "performed on computer or via computer simulation" was copypasta ready to be served with google.
-> Result: The 2nd hit was a Wikipedia page.So now I had "In silico". Had I been smart, I would have clicked the link above the article: "For the album by Pendulum, see In Silico (Pendulum album)" (that would have been end of story), but alas, I did not.wikipedia wrote:
In silico is an expression used to mean "performed on computer or via computer simulation." The phrase is coined from the Latin phrases in vivo and in vitro that are commonly used in biology (see also systems biology) and refer to experiments done in living organisms and outside of living organisms, respectively. Contrary to widespread belief, in silico does not mean anything in Latin.
So back to google Image Search for "In Silico", but the only remotely pseudo-valid possible match was an album cover by the band "Deepsky". However, it had also circular patterns on the cover.
Next step: Google image search for "In silico cover". Nothing good. Back to Regular google, result: "Pendulum album" at wikipedia.
Winrar.
Although I phailed twice. 1) I didn't just check the sig file name. 2) I should have seen the wiki links.
Wait behind the line ..............................................................

I need around tree fiddy.
Consiring his old avatar was the Hold Your Colour album, it didnt take Sherlock Homes to figure the new one might also be Pendulum related.
Pendulum are playing at reading festival. Wooo
I just looked at his sig and could have finished googling in less than a minute. Too bad I was 10 hours too late.
Considering that I have never heard of that specific act, nor follow peoples' sigs (other than to check that they follow rules), in my opinion I did a pretty good job.=Karma-Kills= wrote:

DonFck is trying to be OH tbh.
Evil +1
I've already pre-ordered the album, play sent me an email today saying it was dispatched! LOL
Seeing them in Leeds on Saturday!

My comment on the new album...
It's incredibly uninspiring. I know completely changing direction would be criticized just as heavily... but most of the songs on the new album sound like they were created from a 'Pendulum Paint-By-Numbers' guide. Meh, it's alright as a precursor for further excursions into drum'n'bass I suppose
From a drum and bass perspective: the way in which Pendulum insist on incessantly using the same breakbeat sample and the exact same drum loops over and over again in every song (including almost every song on Hold Your Colour) is extremely tiresome. 'Real' drum'n'bass is definitely lacking this Pendulum-esque habit for monotonous insipid rock-anthems-transferred-to-DnB. Also- the singer needs to stfu. I cannot stress this enough. It was a bold decision to become a live drum'n'bass act (sorry Pendulum - London Elektricity did it 100x better than you ever will)- and an even bolder move for that guy to force his lackluster vocals upon almost every track. It's even worse when, in order to compensate for his lack of singing ability, he simply autotunes his voice to every song-- leaving you with some boring vocoded-synth horrorpiece for the entire 50 minutes.
4/10.

my verdict:
Showdown, Propane Nightmares, The Other Side, Mutiny, and 9,000 miles
Different, Midnight Runner, and The Tempest
Visions :meh:
Granite isn't new, but it's pretty too
