OK Solved! - I have performed a BIOS update (EVGA P31 BIOS) - http://evga.com/forums/tm.asp?m=124101
"Resolves issues with G0 stepping CPU's detecting odd multipliers" - think that's what it was cause so far so good now!

My computer freezes up about every 30 minutes (every other time for good and I have to hit reset) - if not that, then it's a BSOD.
I have tried to reinstall my video card drivers w/ last 2 WHQL releases 169.21 (didn't have this prob w/ 163.75 but now I do...) and a new beta driver 174.74.
I tried reinstalling my sound card.  I have swapped out RAM. I have cleaned my case (inside even though this is a new PC).  I have reset my BIOS. I have OC'd my cpu.

This problem started around beginning of March 08.

I really am not sure what the problem is or how to fix it. I just bought a new HDD because I need stability and am going to start using XP on that drive but I'd like to still figure out the problem on this one!

Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3.0GHz w/Coolermaster RR-CCH-L9U1-GP Hyper TX

On anything 3D it MAY start out ok for a couple minutes and then there is graphical corruption followed by locking up.
Battlefield 2 most likely crashes right away but I managed to run TF2 fine for a lil bit before this:

If anyone can help in any way I would greatly appreciate it!
