I live in Illinois and work as an employee for the State. I was just curious as to other States fiscal situations, because I have lived here 23 years and been paying attention for 18 of those and this is really the worst I have ever seen it.

and a rumor going around that our Governor will soon be indicted (which may actually help things) due to the soon to be flipping of this guy Rezko,
