legal consenting age is 16 i just got up from 14 like a month ago in canada. but if they have even a sip of alchol its 18.
Not that I'd know much about this, but the legal age of consent in NC is 16 as well, and in SC, it's 14. Every state is different here.

I'm 19 that whole legal age thing is so unfair. If I had sex with my girlfriend to celebrate my 18th birthday, and she didn't turn 18 for another week, I could have gone to jail for YEARS. Really?? IMHO there should be some sort of "age bounds" where its ok, like if theyre within 2 or 3 years of your age its ok. Cause right now, some women I meet at parties really are jailbait!!
And, while were on the subject, how is this fair when theres women teachers messin with 6th grader boys and pretty much getting away with it?? Double standard???
