Heard from my mom's ex-boyfriend who was a Highway Patrol cop in Nassau...had to respond to a driver walking around the LIE (long island expressway) completely naked and apparentely on PCP (which he was as they'd later find out). Guy got hit by a car going 50 mph when he arrived and got up like nothing happened. They eventually subdued him with 5 cops.
