Can someone remind me how to post a video please?  I searched "How to post a video"and got 68 pages of responses and none that answer my question.

You should listen to the entire collection of Orff's Carmina Burana.  It's simply amazing.

@OP, good to hear that your music teacher has opened a new door for you. Sort of the same thing happened to me when I was in music class at school. Teacher played us this song from an old record of hers and after that I too a good interest in the Classics. Classic FM FTW!!!

Saint Sain - The Carnival of the Animals: The Aquarium

also this one which I started to love because of the TV show Johnathan Creek

Saint Sain - Dance Macabre

I'm a big fan of Beethoven as well (esp. sonatas 8 and 14).  You have to listen to some Listz as well.  Consolation and Trans etudes Mazeppa are really good.[Then, look up Scarlatti for some crazy accordion music!]

www.classicalarchives.com for some good music (you don't need a membership to listen)
I'm currently playing a Scarlatti piece...really fun
