It´s sort of big here apparently two workers got caught in the security there was traces from TATP same explosive used in London on a plastic bag. Beside this it´s all speculations the police don´t want to say any more at the time. Could be bollocks or serious, time will tell probably some rare circumstances.

You'd need a pretty big bomb to cause a leak in a nuclear reactor, especially a relatively modern one not some cheap Soviet reactor with all the corners cut during construction. And I'd imagine storage/transport of radioactive material is similarly protected.
