Im not that great of a searcher and its deffinetly easier to explain something when im not judged by the 'keywords' of my short search entry.

Throughout the last few months i've been feeling more of these... 'sensations' in my head. It's not a physical feeling, but rather has to do with my vision. It's a slight bit of dizzyness, but heres the strangest part:

Everything feels surreal. Everything feels like a day dream. Everything feels like... its there!

>This is so hard to explain

It's like everything is so... 3D.

I know this sounds crazy but i really need help finding out what to do, cause im scared.

It happens in short episodes, it used to happen when my mind had a second to rest after doing something that required lots of thinking. Just recently, i began to be able to do it on command, because i kept thinking about it, because i was scared. But since yesterday evening, i cant snap out of it.

I feel a tad bit nausios too but idk if that quizyness is from me thinking about it too much or not.

Imagine spinning around and getting dizzy, thats what it feels like.
Im really scared.
Has anyone heard of something like this, or have any info...

Thanks..

If you are really worried, go see a doctor.

i had that once, got really dizzy, and my vision went fuzzy, and i was talking, but I wasn't really sure what I was saying...

I promptly threw up, and It hasn't happened since...

It may just be vertigo, or you may want to get an MRI, to make sure it isn't something more serious.

From what I heard about people overcoming Vertigo, the tiny bones in your ear are vibrating out of sync and may take some time to reset (secondhand info).
There is no medication or surgery for Vertigo.

I had the same feeling when i was younger except that everything seems to be far far away.

That was freaking me out but it went away after some time.

Then there was that time later when i kept thinking that i was thinking and could'nt stop thinking that i was thinking about thinking. It lasted 8 hours. I think it was because of that little yellow pill.

If you already have an MRI scheduled, what else can you do right now?  Just try not to make it happen and get some sleep.

Are you on any medications?  (Allergy medicine, etc...)

Are your ears clear?  If you have fluid in them your equilibrium will be off.

If it's not that:
-have you been eating too much/too little
-getting enough sleep?

or maybe you need to get glasses/'nother set of glasses

I get that from time to time. I'm sitting here at work, working on something fairly hard and I haven't really moved in about 10 minutes. I'll start feeling weightless and like I'm somehow being pulled backwards or floating, but I'm obvioulsy not moving. I'll move my hand/arm, but it doesn't feel like I'm doing it.

Kinda freaks me out.

Listen to the ads. You're depressed and sweating from your face.

Pro-tip: Consult your doctor. Doctors deal with these things for a living, y'know.

Edit: Perhaps it's a yeast infection

The reason i dont think its anything like dehydration, is because i used to do this on command like i said in the OP.

Some possibilities...

Vertigo, the early stages of Double Vision, a clot in your brain, Brain Cancer

Vertigo is, by far, the most common of these, but getting that MRI is a good idea no matter what.

Let us know what the MRI says, dude.

I imagine you might just have some nutrients out of balance and it's fucking with your brain chemistry. Or you may need new glasses or need glasses. It could be any number of things that are very harmless. I imagine if you had a tumor, you'd know already it was serious. If nothing else, if it turns out to be a potentially serious problem, you're doing the right thing getting checked out to catch it early.

But I imagine it is truly something totally trivial and may even just be in your head. Do you smoke pot, though? If so, that may be THC being released from the fat cells in your body.

My friend had these exact same sensations. His doctor said that a little chunk of protein had dislodged in his inner ear and was floating around. Every so often it would hit one of the tiny hairs in there and that's what would cause the vertigo. The difference was that he couldn't control it. Yours sounds more like some kind of anxiety to me.
