whenever i play CSS i can play for about 10 minutes and then Failed to lock index buffer in CMeshDX8::LockIndexBuffer pops up and the game crashes. please someone help me. it makes me very angry what do i do to fix this?

They make your Graphics card work, sound card etc etc.
Most parts of your PC have them. Like a patch for a game but for components sort of.
We can give you instructions on driver updates. But first,
What operating system are you using ... and, what is the graphics card you are using.

You can go here and follow the instructions. It will give you (if I recall) an executable that automatically installs the latest driver for you:
