I have like 18 pages that I need converted into pictures. The only way I can think of is to use paint, and I know that will take forever.

What do you mean pictures? Like a physical picture or a file type?
Get Fraps, Open page 1, put word into fullscreenmode, stretch far, screeie, next page, screenie, then batch process in PS.
I mean like making it into a .jpg or .jpeg or something from the Word Document file type.

Man just save into a wordpad .. and put it in the ipod... the can read .txt i think and you'll see better. I have a nano 2nd Gen and it work.

Just copy all the text into notepad, and put it into your notes folder on your iPod - you'll be able to read it from your iPod in Extras > Notes (I think that is the directory!)
Well I have an iPod Touch and there isn't a notes menu or anything. I might just scan my semester review and put it on my iPod that way.

Read my link, you put the ipod in disk mode from within the iTunes Ipod settings.
print screen. paste & edit in paint. 10 minutes tops.
Print to a PDF, If you can get hold of Acrobat full version it can export images, I think.
Possibly Adobe Reader 8 can too, don't have it on this PC.
