Nice!  So that means that you can get DDR2 800 sticks.  They're dirt cheap.

Beautiful if you don't mind mail in rebates.  Good latencies too.

Latencies a little higher, but no MIRs.

And if it's like this: G-SKILL 2 x 2 GB DDR2-800 PC2-6400 CL5 PC Memories
€69,07 (So this means it's already 4GB of Ram for a nice price? = 35€ per Stick)

Important edit: I'm going to sleep, but I'll check it tomorrow. Sweet dreams :p
I'd guess that $2 = 1 Euro, right?  Just about.  That's a little expensive, but I'm used to pretty low US Newegg prices, I don't know how expensive stuff in Europe is.  Wait for Freezer, .Sup, or max to come in this thread and tell you.  night

If you don't have vista, you pretty much aren't going to need over 2gb of ram. Unless you plan to do really heavy photo/video editing. For gaming 2GB is juuuust fine.

So you're saying I don't need any ram for gaming, cuz I do have XP and 2gb Ram.
But my next question is : Should I use more Hard Disk?
I have one disk of 146GB (100GB free). That's it.
Does it fit on the motherboard etc.?

a_reborn_vetaran: One important question that no-one has asked yet:

What are you trying to achieve?

Do you feel your PC is slow and would like to squeeze more performance out of it?
Or do you just have an itch to upgrade and want to know what you should get first?

And, either way, what video card do you have?

I think I just have an itch to upgrade... It works OK, but still, a few days ago, I wanted to start BF2, but when the EA games pops up, it "crashed halfway the E-AAAA etc. " Then BF shutted down and my whole screen was in other resolution + it was fully grey and nearly unreadable. And now, while playing bf on its highest, I got a few laggs in the beginning. (Which I didnt have before the crash).
Anyway, I do think I can use some more HardDrive space (For more music, games etc.)

My video card is Nvidia (ASUS) EN8800GT 512mb (upgraded this in march).

Edit: I also want to upgrade because my brother soon gets a new GSM (250€) (which is free, but my bro wants it so I 'miss' 250€) and then I can chose something I want for this budget. (Important, hehe)

OK, well, if you're just itching to upgrade...

Firstly, you're only using 31.5% of your HDD, so though you could get a 2nd, there's not much need for it yet.
Secondly, Your RAM is not the best your mobo will support and, due to mismatching, what you have won't even be performing as well as it could.
Thirdly, your mobo will take a much better CPU than the one you have, so there's plenty of scope for upgrading there.
Fourthly, your video card is fine. No need to upgrade that.

Right, if you have money burning a hole in your pocket, here's what I'd do, in this order of preference:

1. Upgrade the CPU - your mobo will support any of E6400, E6420, E6600, E6700, E7200 - all of which are faster-per-core dual-core's than your current one - out of those I'd recommend going for the E7200 as it's 45nm (cooler) - or you could go Quad-core with either a Q6600 or Q6700 - both also faster-per-core than your current cpu, but both are 65nm (not so cool).

2. Upgrade the RAM - and get a matched set - your mobo will support DDR2 800, so that's what I'd go for - and you may as well take the step up to 4GB whilst your at it, by getting a pair of 2GB PC2-6400 DIMMs (like these) - sure you may not need it right now, but you'll be ready when you do (which will probably be sooner than you think).

3. Get a 2nd (or even a 3rd as well) HDD - I couldn't tell whether your mobo supports RAID or not (which probably means it doesn't) - if it does, you could grab a 2nd 150GB SATA HDD and stripe them (this will decrease the time it takes to boot/load apps/games/levels/etc..) - but if you were to go down that route I'd recommend getting a 3rd HDD to store important data - striping is inherently more likely to result in data loss than not striping.

That's nice information, and pretty useful too, thanks for that already.
But still, I'd like to know what the best manufacturer of this CPU is + recent price.
Sites say that sometimes it's 133€, but also sometimes it's going up to +200€.

Really thank you, I might do upgrade my CPU. (It's great already, but sometimes I'm worrying about the Ghz.)

Edit: http://www.j-p.be/article.php?group=1245&id=343111 is this possible?

Honestly, I would upgrade the RAM first.  DDR2 800 would be a great, inexpensive upgrade.  You WILL notice a boost in most of your programs, and with Alt-Tabbing.

If you want to squeeze more performance out of your CPU, I would overclock it.  The E6300 was known as a great OCer, and you can do a good amount with even a stock HS.

Although now that I think about it, your motherboard probably doesn't support modifying the multiplier, FSB, or voltage.

Probably it doesn't AND I don't know that much about overclocking , so I don't take the risk.
I might get a new CPU and RAM... cuz I just can spend 250€ .. so whatever they offer me, I won't deny it
