I just watched it on DVD, it's awesome. I love the whole revolutionary theme to it, but it made me wonder, first of all, what happened with all those soldiers and whatnot? Did they realize they were free and whatnot, or what?
clarify....

They stood down because the Chancellor got killed, and then, there wasn't anyone to give orders.FallenMorgan wrote:

I must agree, one of my favourite movies.
Sadly one movie which sparked an idol for Anon.
Thought it's harsh he kept the woman in the interrogation and cell tbh - but it was good when it came to the uprising.

The general was like "stand down pl0x" so then they were like "k" and watched the fireworks. Then a giant dragon ridden by a manly viking came in and created a black hole which England was sucked into
I know! It was a good movie, now when I see V I have trouble thinking of him as a badass, but rather a bunch of 4chan nerds behind masks. Like that dumbass in stkhoplite's sig.naightknifar wrote:

Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition.
stkhoplite, as a 4chan quote is a "newfag".Home wrote:

He has even gone far enough to buy an V mask, listen to the Longcat song on his iPod playlist, and turned up to a gathering of 4chan Vs. Scientology meeting.
I thought it was one of the dumbest movies Ive seen in a while. Not nearly as good as the hype. All it did was inspire geeks.
