Example: I learned today that the door to my room closes by itself not because the air pressure from the air conditioning vent forces it closed, but because there is a fundamental design error in my house.

Example 2: I also learned that house builders can get away with building flawed cookie-cutter houses in growing suburbs.

So what have you learned today, because education is a life-long process!

I learned that webshops like raising prices by 9€, on the night you get just enough money to buy that thing.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity.
