my reasoning behind this, a lot of embassy employees are operations agents for intelligence agencies. ie; the CIA operates out of american embassies, MI5 (or 6, cant remember which is foreign and which is domestic) operates out of british embassies....etc.

exactly my point - it's a military target if there's a war....maybe if there's something happening which ties the embassy back to supporting the opposing side. But in the case of a bomb in So. America...no. And I even have a question whether it was a "military operation".God Save the Queen wrote:
