Its a picture on bungie.net where a guy is laying on the ground and a cardboard cut out of a yellow lightning bolt is stuck in his chest. Its a real picture and off to the left is a "Danger High Voltage" Sign of a guy getting struck by lightning. I can't find this picture for the love of god and its real urgent please thank you!
