Well, the original CoD ripped off Band of Brothers and Enemy at the Gates to name two areas just like MOH:AA copied Saving Private Ryan. If you don't have the BoB DVD set and expressed interest therein, perhaps that is the gift in question.
If I was your brother (so help me) I'd say that just so that you'd think it was something related to that, when in reality it wouldn't be at all.
