Also, can someone explain to me how multiplayer is brought into this. I already know that it isn't going to involve direct contact with other players from around the world. Do other player's creations walk around doing whatever they want to or something? Do the game developers actually create any of the characters, or is it all based on player creations. Because I'm a bit worried about the amount of Pokemon and Penises I'm going to see

After a couple of hours playing around with the penis mosters (Two spit balls plus the other spit gland make a terrific knob, just click on "Spit Attack" and you'll see what I mean). I give you the:
