So far I've only got upto 4200RPM, it's not that it's physically taxing, it's just the technique which I can't properly do yet. It'll probably take me a few days before I get to the stage where I can't go faster because I can't take it.

I'm upto 7,000rpm. I'm trying to go faster but it's hard to get the right rhythm. More practice. Hopefully I'll reach 10,000 in a week. So far I'm not exactly having trouble holding onto the thing, maybe it's getting abit hard to turn faster as you're spinning faster, that's about it. I suppose you can feel your arms getting a nice work out, I wanted something for my forearms/wrists.
