Your dog is scared by pigeons?

Please tell me it's a maltese or a yorkie or some other kind of wimpy dog..

I know it's only 8 pounds, but come on...if it's something like a Jack Russell then I don't even know what to say to that...

I'm in a pretty blue-collar area, and around here it's not unheard of to shoot small animals with bb guns. Most the time it's rabbits, squirrels, racoons, or crows. I've heard of kids being assholes and shooting cranes though. Luckily they got fined a few thousand for that one.

Anyways the best way to kill a bird is to shoot it in the heart. I'm not sure if a spine shot will do it, I know you can kill mice that way.

I googled and didnt find anything specific

Shoot it in the back of the head where the brain stem connects to the brain.

There is no other faster way

what needs to happen in order for that to work correctly is the separation of the brain stem from the spine.

in humans its called "the lone ranger stripe", cause there is a strip across the front of your head in the shape of his bandanna. if you hit that spot, its instant incapacitation in a human.


not saying anything about your skill with air rifles, but you would need to be able to land VERY accurate shots, consistently for that technique to work for killing birds. 


i would also be interested in knowing how many birds bert has taken out with this technique.
