I've been playing tech support for a friend who had to reformat because of a virus. Now he needs to install motherboard drivers, but doesn't know where the disk is, and the person who bought the motherboard and built the computer is presently in China, so communications is limited. Is there a way to find the motherboard model on the computer somehow to find the drivers online? There is a good chance this is not a name brand motherboard, it's a 775 socket if that helps.
Everest should tell him which motherboard he has. And if not, just open the case, the model number has to be on the motherboard.
