For the Primary. I say they're gonna surpirse us and go the unconventional route. I say it will not be another Flamethrower But a Poison based weapon. Why? Because they wanna surprise us!

For the Secondary? Hmm it's a tough one. There's been talk about an Incendiary shotgun going around. I'm gonna go with that one. Most logical and Most wanted.

Now tell me what do you think they may be?

I really don't know what unlocks they could give him for the flamthrower and shotgun.

They could go the boring route and give a flamethrower with different range/damage, and give him a flaming shotgun, but I'm hoping they'll be more original than that.

David I don't think they'll give him a poison gun. He's a Pyro. The entire point of the class is to set people on fire.

see this is the problem...all the classes that use the shotgun (soldier, pyro, engy, heavy) are all going to have different versions...i reckon them might just end up giving them all more crit chance or something.

No seriously. Why does everyone keep telling me that Pyro's flamethrower has a laggy hitbox? When an enemy is circle strafing then maybe. But normally It's accurate enough. Maybe people just go headfirst into an enemy with their flame thrower blazing lighting themselves up like a christmas tree. The complain about it being laggy.

For once I agree with you. When you walk forward you have a significantly reduced range, as you're going forwards and your flames are not. It's called Physics.

sadly they already took them out of the game. Pyro had an identical weapon in the alpha builds that was his special grenade. However Valve was real stupid when implementing grenades (they were exactly like those in TFC) and real lazy in fixing them (removing them from the game all together) so we aren't going to see them return.
