Saw this on the web at work today. I work in a structural company and we always slate Architects...but we were damned impressed by that!

its an interesting idea but not very practical in my opinion. But since in Dubai everything has to be a tourist attraction why not build it

The numbers i read stated apartments from 120 m2 up to 1200 ( that would be a floor i guess ) the prices ranged up towards 36 milllion dollar.
But then nothing is sealed in stone so everything will probably look different when it´s done.
