i have the shure se210 in-ear buds. it depends entirely on the music you listen to. i'm more a lounge/chill kind of guy so they sound pretty good for that type of music. if you listen to drum/n/bass or metal/alternative, i'd look for traditional headphones so you can get some decent bass response
the shures really fit well and were very comfortable - have to hand it to them. also, it came with a carrying case with a bunch of other ear tips for custom fits. nice packaging but kind of expensive at $150. i hope my wife doesn't lose them. they are really for her anyway.
