I was offered a job yesterday making 75k +- per year to start, plus a potential buyout of one of my ventures ( www.copperworks.net ).
I recently hired a manager who is capable of running my other business in my absence. So I could retain 100% ownership but only draw a tiny salary from my company while it gets back on it's feet and in black, while making around $1500.00 per week from my new job, plus get as much as 200k in buyout to sell my customer database, website and tooling and specialty machinery. I am now one month behind on my mortgage, but have 40k in pending receivables plus 30-50k in the works. I may go without substantial pay until the end of this year. Feast or famine baby.
Seems like a no brainer.
My boss would be a guy named Tony. A one time illegal alien. A Mexican flag hangs in the shop.
Advice please.
