Dude. Grumman like, WAS Long Island's economy. Since Northrop took them over and moved them, Long Island hasn't really had much to rely on.

My grandfather was actually one of the people who worked on the LEM for the lunar missions, as well as the F-14's.

That draw doesn't overcome the fact that Texas is in the South. It'd take a hell of a lot to make me move there. The other places on that list like Colorado, Minnesota, the Plains and the Southwest are much more preferable.
