It was good, but I couldn't connect with the main character. He seemed too weak and indecisive through most of the film and changed persona too dramatically at about the half way point. Spoiler (highlight to read):
Like when he's fine to carry out abortion at the start of the movie and laughs his ass off at the popping noises, but the doesn't want to shoot a prawn. And I have no idea why he'd knock out the only alien that was willing to help him, when he wouldn't know what to do once he made it to the mothership alone. It made no sense at all to me.
