BF2S Forums "Starting out, what do you expect to earn on an hourly basis?"

i'm pretty sure best buy won't hire under 18s....and put minimum wage. you're not going to make anymore anyways.

I've known two people that worked at a Best Buy in Dallas and they both got around $8 an hour.  They were cashiers and not on the floor, but I would still expect it to be around there if the job you're applying for is hourly. 

BUT- I was trying to get a job back then as well and when I asked them if I should apply then, they said that it's a pretty hard place to get into.  It sounded like you had to know someone working there to even be considered (I did and I still didn't get hired).  But it's still worth a try I suppose.  good luck

Crap places like that are almost always hiring due to the high turnaround rates.  They know they can exploit cheap student labor.

I worked at Chuck E Cheeses when I was a wee lad.  Tell any little kids you know not to fucking pull the mouse's tail please.
