Logging in problem

Ive always played BF2 at NetFragz and just got it at my house. When i try to retrieve my account at my house it always says "error listening on socket". Any suggestions on what to do, heres my system

-Pentium D prossesor (works fine)
-Nvidia 6800
-DSL 3mbs
-512 ram

Any Suggestions please i want to play

if youre using a firewall, disable it or allow an exception for battlefield 2 before trying to log in.
