Umm yeah but that was what the sausage was for - I guess the dogs were starved almost to death, so they jumped after the sausage regardless of the tank.

Epic not. It actually worked very effectively, accept when the Germans realised this and then just shot the dogs.

Still, few destroyed tanks at German side > 100 dead dogs at Russian sides, I think they did not give a fuck, they had plenty
