Well I just found this, and due to the ever increasing demand for oil this pushed up prices and because the price of oil was threating the global economy prices have fallen 11% percent in the past four days

so what are your thoughts on this?
Dear God please let my karma one day reach 100, whether it be tomorrow or 1000 years in the future i want it to happen.

I guess this means that we need to stop our economies from growing for the rest of eternity....

The economy has been rapidly slowing down for over a year and yet oil continued to rise rapidly. I don't buy into the "it's all because the economy is slowing" bullshit.

I agree. It's because they now recognize that they have pushed the nation to the edge of ruin and must now back off.

They ride us to the edge of madness and let us little people recover a little. Rinse, repeat.

I think I may try biking my 22 mile commute to work. The gas really isn't a financial burden for me, but it would be nice to get the exercise.

I'm assuming you mean 12 cents, not 0.12 cents.

It's down 2-3p here. Which is about the same (considering our prices are per litre (x4.5) and the exchange rate differences (x2, so = 18c/gallon cheaper than it was)).

Oh. Yeah...added in that . for some reason.

It's definitely going down...when the freaking Mobil station (which is almost always higher) is also going down, you know things are getting just a little better.

I don't think it'll go down more than 50 cents within the next couple of months though.

Well, oil came down sooner than expected for me, but unlike housing or tech there is real profits in oil. I wouldn't call that a bubble, just a major correction way over due.
