I got this badge easy If you want to be very good at sniping, you need to prone and shout enemy to head.

i get this badge in map "SURGE", but easy way to get sniper badge is in "MASS DESTRUCTION" map. Play as Russian and run up to hill before Rebels post

it's all good lol. does anyone use a Logitech 518 Optical Mouse? I just wanted to know if it was worth buying. also thanks for the advice ppl it's helped a lot.

However, if you are a sniper.....if you ARE a sniper..

Getting any of the snipe badges w/out the use of clay's, frags, knifes or pistoles is much more memorable..
It took me close to 300 hours to finally get the expert using only rifle, for a couple of months I maxed out at 33 kills IAR. Then one night, 12,000 sniper rifle kills later, I got it!

Out of all the medals and badges that one means the most, I earned it either the hard / idiot way but for me it was bittersweet.

<note:> 2 of the kills were clay, 1 kill pistol, sooo, I made sure I grabbed 5 more rifle kills, to get 41 total IAR, with a true 36 rifle IAR.

MX 1000 laser, incredible upgrade for me from the mx518, what a difference.....mouse makes the sniper.

i just got my SF veteran sniper today. easy, take  out other snipers first then if your untop of a building let the enemy pass you so that they get pinned between you and youre teammates so you are the anly one with them insight

ha ha thnx dude, I've been playing on Sharqui ALOT lately as USMC, can get so many kills with the M24, even though it doesnt pierce armor, because Sharqui is so much more open you can easily get off 3 shots before the enemy has even seen you (if you need that many shots that is lol)

I have my veteran sniper badge. (Yes, I am a tres good sniper)

Tips:
Stay hidden/undercover. The MEC and Chinese rifles are a force to be reckoned with. They aren't as bad as some suggest. They are still accurate, and take 3 shots to kill. And remember, they're semi-automatic. w00t!

The best combo with the more powerful, bolt-action files, ie-M24 and M95 is:

One shot with the rifle
  and
a few shots with the pistol.

However, the M95 is garunteed to leave your opponent with 2 bars of health. The pistol is also a force to be reckoned with. Always zoom when your opponent is not moving. Press the left mouse buttong as fast as you can, because zooming reduces recoil-drastically for the pistol.

I got both badges while on foot.

That makes me feel special!
