Apple has a good product with their mp3 players, but the rest of their computers are hopelessly overpriced. They're more fashion statements than tools. The Air is a great exercise in showing what can be done, but it doesn't really give you much in the way of performance unless you really want to pay for the top of the line model with the SSD. And even then it's rather lackluster ...
Microsoft Zune annoys me. My brother had one and the sideways video is cool on it, but my iPod 5G 30GB Video was much nicer. Better control of the settings (the click wheel gets you rather exact volume settings and whatnot) and the accessory market was rather nice. The Belkin battery life extender is a travel life saver. Easily 10 hours of Video with the volume maxed out on it from 4 AA batteries.
But the iPod Touch and iPhone ... eh ... fanboi products if you ask me ...
