No shit, how are you supposed to get to know them if they (most of them) don't even drink. This is university after all. Most of 'em just can't even fit at all into British culture, they see it as alien and they even go to lengths so say they hate it. Yet most of these dumb arse Pakistani Muslims can't realise that their little Arab-Inspired culture is just as Alien to them.There is a wide cultural divide between Muslim and nonMuslim students.
