They have these little "smoke shacks" in a lot of places for people to go outside and smoke. In places in the States with smoking bans, they usually allow smoking if there is a separate area with an evacuation fan (like the smoking lounge in an airport).Bertster7 wrote:

Which brings up another scary proposition with the second-hand smoke...airport smoking lounges. Your pilot pops in for a smoke and ends up getting buzzed on second-hand weed smoke.
