Recommend me a cheap but decent laptop... <450€ price range

I want a small and cheap laptop for music, web surfing, work and school stuff.

I want decent battery life and nice looks.

I'm interested about the Asus Eee 900 but.... I'm not sure if it is what I want.

Nao go find me a lappy or two. And if some of you have Asus Eee I would like to know waht you think about it.

(army life gets a bit boring at times )

The EEE's seem to not have especially good battery life (~3 hours). I still want one.

Looks big but I love HPs lappy's. Defo recommended. If the Sempron doesn't eat a lot of energy then it should be one of the options.

I think I can live with the size considering how much more features, performance and larger screen it has compared to EEE. Availability is good and price is 409€. I will definately think about this one. Would be awsome to have a lappy here in the army and later at uni.

Wow thats a nice price. I'd also get 15" over smaller size screens. I wonder how much a similar Intel costs.
