Right been paid and i was just wondering if its worth getting a gfx card now for the build am planning soon and put it in this pc for the time being, Thing is tho my psu is only 350 watts so i dont know if it can handle anymore stuff.

current specs are:

3200+ at 2.32
2gb corsair ddr
7600gt
shitty everything else

so what gfx cards can i buy that will run if any or should i just build it all in 2-3 months?

You'd be replacing your PSU if you wanted a good gfx card.

8800gt min PSU req is about 450 - 500w.

You shouldn't get a new graphics card now. You will notice very little to no improvement in framerates, due to your weak CPU. If you buy a new graphics card now, it would be seriously bottlenecked, and half as expensive as when you get some new stuff that will actually utilize a better card.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

£200 will get you a decent upgrade (with great OCing potential). Works best if you re-use your case and stuff.
£400 will get you an ok rig with a newest-gen graphics card.
£600+ will give you a kicker rig.
