I have been bored lately of most of my games (few exceptions are EVE Online, BF2, and TF2). I wondered about getting new games so I have downloaded multiple game demos, mods, and clients (Insurgency, Twelve Sky, Maplestory, and Last Chaos to name a few) and my eye glanced at Red Orchestra. It seems that the game is solely multiplayer, which is fine with me as I play BF2 and EVE Online so I can handle no single-player. it also seems to take the job that no one wants, which is good because the Russian Front has also been a little interest of mine. So with no demo to gage the game myself, I ask you BF2S is the game worth spending the twenty dollars on or should I await another steam discount?
Wait until there's a deal on it. They had a deal where it was only 5 bucks a little while back.
I'd go with DOD:S for now. Now THAT'S a fun game. Only 10 bucks.

One of my favourite games ever. Just doesn't have many players this long after release date. Tbh I'm eagerly awaiting Tripwire's Unreal3 engine based game.

He starts off playing as a german btw, just using a looted PPSh.
The map is the Stalingrad map featured in the game. Battles in the countryside are more fun imo.

unless your a poor boy and $20 is your yearly allowance then yes its worth it.
