This shit is still running? Boom Headshot did it for me, and that was funny for a second, then it was overused until it became annoying.

Pure Pwnage used to be funny, but not anymore.

That was an epic failure of Yahtzee.

I almost forgot about Pure Pwnage. The first season was ok, but it got a bit dramatic towards the end. This new season has been sucking so far, too.
I liked it before because it was just a bunch of guys goofing around and making funny videos. But now they're taking themselves too seriously and the show just isn't funny anymore. And if they're going to be ripping on Zero Punctuation... well fuck them. Yahtzee is way funnier than PP.
EDIT: Just watched the episode. That wasn't ripping on ZP at all, it was more of an homage. But I'm still slowly losing faith in PP...

They weren't actually "ripping" on ZP... if you look in the mock-credits of their Zero Punctuation intro-segment they're actually very complimenting and applauding of Yahtzee's work.
Mind you I can't defend Pure Pwnage, it became very boring and predictable. Tiresome.

I think it's actually quite sad given the PP guys have their own thing and have done it their way for God knows how long, (I know "Boom! Headshot!" is so old it's technically fossilised,) yet they rip off Croshaw. Not rip off as just steal his animation and fast-talking ways, that's been done before - unsuccessfully of couse but the attemps were cute, much like those parrots who's owners teach them swear words or a child imitating it's father's racist attitudes - however given that PP has been around since long before the words "Chocolate Rain" meant anything to anyone whthe fact is that they should be beyond this kind of stuff. I guess it could be an attempt at flattery but to be perfectly honest it just didn't work. I just couldn't get past that awful switch-between-british-and-american-constantly accent.

PurePwnage was allot funnier when they were playing games, and talking about games. The first episodes everything he said had something to do with CnC and if you didn't play CnC you wouldn't have understood it. That was the whole charm of the show, was these inside jokes about video games. Now they really don't do those anymore which sucks.
Even though the opening scene is always funny. This one was funny because it was making fun of everyone who bitched about Yahtzee after his review of Brawl and did it very well.

I didn't like the ZP spoof in the beginning, and the episode wasn't great but ok. It also seems like every episode ends on a cliffhanger.
