Kicked everyone from the server, went to another one, same thing.

just read this on pb's website

Friday 01.06.2006 [9:15PM]

Due to a glitch on our master servers, many players are getting kicked this evening for violation #80032 in error. Admins should ignore these violations. The problem has been corrected at the masters and PB servers will stop kicking for these violations as their local caches are updated over the next few minutes.

yEAH Its kinda BS...

I don't know if this is unrelated.. But I keep getting insanely high pings in the middle of my game and I feel that other ppl are getting them too because a lot of times i'll be find myself standing infront of an enemy as soon as I come out of the lag.

I asked if other ppl had the same problem but I got no answer.. Probably unrelated and I was just running azaraus in the background or something... but I'm not!!

PUnkbuster is crapping out right now.

adding my voice to the chorus - got kicked off three separate servers multiple times, kept seeing people get booted at the same time. how could PB "go down" like that? I thought it was run server side on each individual server, rather than at a central location?

Myself, and several other playing on Filthy13 tonight tried that to no avail. Did seem like I got to stick around longer that last time, but still didn't make it through a match. After 4-5 or those in a row, I decided to just quit for the night.

I got the 'prior kick/ban' thing. At least a few others on the server I was playing on were all getting that.

Which PB website? I just trolled the entire site and never found this. I'm not questioning you - I just want to know where its in the future when they mess things up again.

Like 90% of BF2 players just got kicked via punkbuster farting. FFS I want to play!!! I've just receieved "No Packet Data" 2x, "Prior Kick Ban" 1x, "No MD5 Verification" or something like that 1x. I see that all the servers just took a dive. GJ PB!!

YUM, yet more "previous kick/ban" 2minute kick. wtf? I've been kicked so much from punkbuster farting, and now its kicking for 2 minutes me after 10-15 minutes of playing for previous kicks? That makes no sense at all.

ive been kicked for punkbuster error #8032: Gamehack. Me and everyone else on the server for about 15 minutes straight. Ive also been kicked for "this server does not allow modified clients. return your game to its original configuration and try again" double clicked the same server, no problem. PB definitely has some kinks to work out.

I started getting these prior kick ban things as well. It was rediculous, frustrating, annoying, a pain in my buttox, and a good excuse to go to bed earlier. I updated punkbuster from their website and put the files in the similar folders as instructed. No change in game play promptly got booted from another server with the 2 minute prior kick/ban buggy thing. for a total of 7 servers.
All when I thought i was doing pretty well.
