Both are nice...   I know nothing about them, the only review I had was the videos on youtube.  I know that the HTC has Wi-Fi and the Instinct dont...

Nway if someone have one tell me your review... if you don't which one would you pick??

Are they internet communications devices?
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

I have the Instinct and I love it.  On the other hand, my dad had the HTC Touch and he hated it so much he got rid of it in under a week.  The Instinct has a surprisingly good touch screen, nearly as good as the iPod Touch.  I would really recommend the Instinct over the Touch any day of the week.

Great , i was thinking about the instinct more than the HTC to be honest... I saw it and its big a little, but the phone it self seems awesome!

Can't wait to have it , i can't wait to fkin crash my samsung m300 on the wall!

Don't touch the HTC Touch ( haha, pun ). It's the most unresponsive piece of shit I have ever used. Read up reviews on it, you will see I am right. It's nice to look at, but to use it's awful.

On the other hand, the Samsung Instinct has gotten praise worldwide.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that the typing is actually pretty good on it too since it has haptic response and spellcheck. 

And when did you return to bf2s?

my sister has a htc and it is completely unfathomable whereas my samsung is

Haven't used either of them, and Zimmer's post about the Touch would worry me ... but Wi-Fi is a big plus
