I don't let myself be stressed. I'm always calm. I have never been (and probably never will be) in a situation I can't handle. Unless someone threatens to kill me or my loved ones, why worry?

I just listen to my whole Itunes a lot of things with my sennheiser headphones that cancels utside noise at maximum volume.

I smoke a cig or I wait till I get out on the golf course and wait for some doush to hit into me and then proceed to hit there golf ball back at them.

Really, I'm quite emotionless, or so I've been told, oh well. I just don't see the point in letting something stressing me out, or even wasting energy hating people. Things can be solved so much easier and everything is simpler if one just stays calm.

Try not to be stressed, it's bad for me, i have a go at anyone/anything generally, if i dont do any of the below that is...
- Yell at Sam.
- Go for walk.
- Ring mates.
- Yell at Sam.
- Football.
- Rugby (Very good to release stress).
- Yell at Sam.
- Punch doos.
- Game.
- Yell at Sam.
- Music.

but it was my first accident, it was

glad no one was hurt, the other driver drove away with barely any damage to his truck,
on the other hand my mercedes got fucked up so it had to be towed.

I've found the ultimate song when it comes to dealing with stress. I always loved blasting this, but it actually for some reason helps me.
