So I started flight school about a month ago and got to be pretty good friends with my instructor. Well, after a few lessons, i come in and there he is out front of the hanger, on the grill (yeah my flight school has a grill & mini fridge ). So I ask what he's cooking and he gladly shows me: a gigantic lobster and a few shiskabobs. Apparently he owns his own boat and flies to Plymouth weekly where he goes scuba diving and catches lobsters by hand. So now, after every flight lesson, he gives me a free live lobster to take home with me because he has too many for himself. If that's not enough, for one of my cross country lessons he is planning on having us fly up to Plymouth for a few days so we can go diving together.

that's an old lobster... they grow 1 pound in the first 7 years... than 1 pound every 4 years after that... they usually throw back the 5 plus pound lobsters because they are the breeders... and they get tougher the bigger they get... Cool pictures though...

The arcraft is $129/hr
The intructor is $56/hr

Luckily, though, I work as a dispatcher at the flight school and all my money goes into an account. So, I technically dont pay anything for the lessons, I just work for them.
