Ok I left the title broad since I am giving my example of someone that needs to get the Darwin Award, and Im hoping others will reply and add their own little stories. Ok, cant remember for the life of me the name of the map but basically any map that has an airfield with gets. Im playing commander as I usually end up doing, and for once Im not leading the assault. There are actually enough competent squads that I feel we will win with me just sitting back, directing and supporting. So I sit on the SAM site so that whenever I am not on my command screen Im scanning the skies for helos. Ive managed to shoot down two birds, go to my command screen, and when I return all I see is camo. Nomatter where I move all I see is camo and it stays there for like 30 seconds before I finally get off the SAM site. Sure enough, some little fuck is laying in the prone ontop of the anti-air....on my own team. He sees me get out..jumps in..sits there for 5 seconds...and then gets out and goes to run off someplace else. To make it worse I see the same little prick show back up and this time he is trying to use a basic sniper rifle to shoot the pilot of our apache while he gets ready to take off. And doesnt it just figure this map is a no kick vote enabled one? Took a screen shot to add him to my list of bitches to avoid.

Ok, next person GO!!! (and feel free to comment on this one).

All I have to say is static123, with some silly teen clan prefix. Tking for jet for three solid rounds on Gulf of Oman. When I bitch slap him orally he goes whining to the team (same clan of course) who, of course, starts hating me.

His argument _for_ tking me constantly? "You can't fly for shit". Now, that's an interesting idea: C4 the jet for sby who might or might now be better than you. Will this help the team? Noooo. WIll it help the punk who does it? Noooooo. WIll it help me be a better pilot? Nooooooo.

By the way: I got 23 kills and Aerial Service Ribbon + Veteran Anti-Tank Combat Badge on that final round before I left the server, fuming with pent-up anger. Because I never tk:d him back. I will never ever do that, even tho he deserves it.
I wont smear my stats for sby like that prick...

Another method:Flashing the pilot during takeoff.
If you manage to brake before takeoff you'll probably get killed by the enemy jets,if you take off you have about 15 seconds of flying blind,which doesn't bring you far.

I won't point out anybody,that's not my style,but this specific individual should have his stats erased and a global permban on all ranked servers.

I was commanding last night on Kubra Dam MEC team. and i like to help out when i command. i don't fly helo's or jets though i will hop in a tank/APC if one is available. anyway i was in a tank last night sitting there in command screen because a squad req. a supply drop. as i was doing it i start getting shot by some idiot sniper with the basic rifle in the side of my tank. (he was on my team) i figured he would use it and maybe cap some CP's. So i get out and he jumps in. not a second later he spins the turrent around and blasts me with the cannon. i punished him. after that he sat in the tank and did 360's for a few mins then got blown up by enemy jet. i don't know but i now feel stupider for even seeing this.

ran into that same bitch (or atleast a similar one)....flash bang flash bang flash bang knife...then somehow my clan-mate gets booted for tking the bastard after he killed him......and it was over a JEEP!!!!!!!!!!

today i was playing mashtuur with one of my other accounts (still pfc, "teergrube" is its name ) and i think im really good in tanking in helo- and plane -less maps, so this guy, after seeing me doing a 100+ round in the mec-tank killed me in the next round for getting the tank. and not just me, he killed another guy over and over. he just did a lousy 60+ with that tank and mostly with flag-capping not trough killing as i did (this helps the team most when ur doing it in my dimensions )
i said it and will say it again: the tank is a attack weapon on the side of infantry not a taxi to the next flag!!!

oh, i forgot: we lost the round because of that guy in the tank!

Armor is my choice weapon and yeah Ive had many a times where I finish in the same area as you and then someone does exactly that. Typically I just wait since I know he will get about 1 shot out before he dies. Though Im sure you have had the bastards who steal your tank while you are repairing it. I love doing this to enemies but when its your own team-mate.........come on

I agree with azygos666 about the tank stealing as you repair it. It seems that most of the time the people that do that haven't got a clue how to play the game anyways. It gets old having to watch your mini map for a tank thief rather than repair and scan around the tank for bad guys.

I have been flashbanged a total of about 50 times so far and I would say that 35-40 of those have been from team mates fighting over aircraft. I am aready starting to see servers with kick/ban warnings about f/b your own team. Give it a few more weeks and as more and more people get them it will become the new "noob tube"

I was playing on Wake yesterday and we had a commander that was dropping our own artillery on the deck so he could get a plane. Because he was commander there was no auto kick for TKs. No matter how many kick and mutiny votes came, he survived. Just when you thought you had seen the lowest form of life some idiot shows up and proves you wrong.

Well, what I love is when your in a jeep or other car in the gunner position firing at a helo or squad of troops. Then somebody jumps in while your shooting and drives away. Thats happened to me several times at least.

As for engies repairing tanks, if I see somebody doing that and I'm close I'll try to hop into the tank and move to the top gunner position, I can cover him while he works, its a free ride after he is finnished, and I'll get him a repair point because its now his teams tank rather than an empty one.

It would be nice if everyone did that. I don't know how many times thats happend. Usually people are assholes and steal your tank then go get blown up like a dumbass because it has no health.

I had a dumbass just a few hours ago TK me because I took his friends seat as a gunner in the Cobra. So I was in the gunner seat and he flew off and took the helo closer and closer to the edge of the map until I started getting injured for "leaving the battlefield". He let me sit there until I died and he went and picked up his friend and flew off to have butt sex. By the way his name is Silu, so if you see the bitch TK him if you can.

I had a front row seat for a Darwin candidate. Wake Island at the N end in the lower level of a tower. Got a few raiders coming in from the village and as I'm reloading an AT guy comes tromping through the foliage. Finish reloading and begin to fire off rounds and never hit the guy once. He comes right at me while I'm inside the tower, jumps and fires his rocket at me....sadly the window was a bit lower. Rocket detonates killing him inches from me.

I'm not the best player on the map by a wide margin, but I try to do that kind of stuff, and I know it makes a difference. Respect for other players and team play are what make the game fun me.

Hey Im glad to see this stuff stayed alive even though my internet connection didnt....glad to be back though. Wild if you see me on your map jump on my squad anytime. Anytime me and/or my clan play you can expect to find a squad named "666" and usually one of us playing commander. Now when I finally find a place to load pictures to I can upload some shots of my latest nominies to the "who does that..." category. Until then, hope to see more posts.

As I waited for a chance to bolt onto the carrier deck and steal a BH and make my escape, i saw some moron climb onto the roof of a BH as his teammates were trying to take off, and naturally the rotor blades killed him. Judging by the squeals coming from the US players using all chat rather than team chat, every man in the BH was getting nailed for teamkilling this nutter. He did it three times in a row, they were going nuts because the kick vote kept failing

If you are running XP you should have a BF2 folder under your "My Documents" folder. Screens will be in there, just hunt about for them.

I had a smaktard for a squad leader today. He was flying the attack chopper and not giving orders. I got killed and respawned on him. He flies across the map, just enough so that I'm out of bounds. I bail to try and save myself, NOPE I die. Then he kicks me from his squad. I told both teams "I should TK your ass for that fucking shit" Forgive my language, but that's how I feel. You don't get to choose your gunner or your pilot. Sometimes your lucky enough to get the guy you want as a pilot or gunner, but most times you don't have a choice. Anytime someone does that crap they should get hit with a TK cause that's what they are doing. It doesn't help your side to TK someone either accidently in combat or from things like the above. You don't want me in the chopper, fine, say so. I got no problem hopping out and being a grunt. DON'T FUCKING PULL STUPID ASS STUNTS, cause you don't like me being there.

Sounds like someone is trying to get a bunch of people banned from the server for TKing. He's the one who should be banned though.
