The way it works is the width of the tread in mm/ height of the sidewall as a % of width/diameter of rim.
so 205/70R15 is 205mm wide, has a sidewall that is 70% of 205mm wide, and fits on a 15 inch rim.

so all the 205/**R15 tires are the same width and fit on the same diameter rim.
205/65R15 has a sidewall thats .65*205 = 133.25mm
205/70R15 has a sidewall thats .70*205 = 143.25mm
205/60R15 has a sidewall thats .60*205 = 123mm

So it will slightly lift/lower your car... It may look a little weird if you go smaller, and there is a chance it would rub if you go bigger. Your speedo will be off too.

My car should have 205/60R15 and I have 205/50R15 tires on it now.... My speedo is off by like 5mph, not too bad.

If its the stock rims, it probably wouldn't be too bad just keep in mind your speedo is slightly off.
